The PPSH is a legendary weapon in both Red Crucible: Firestorm and Red Crucible: Reloaded.
The PPSh-41 (Pistolet Pulemyot Shpagina, 1941) is a submachine gun of Soviet origin.
It was designed as a replacement for the expensive PPD-40 submachine gun in service with the Red Army, and like the PPD-40, was based on the Finnish Suomi KP-31 submachine gun. It fired 7.62x25mm Tokarev round at a ludicrously high rate of fire ranging in at over 1000 RPM. It was nicknamed the "Burp Gun" due to the distinctive sound the weapon made while burst firing, and was also called "Papasha" which is Russian for "daddy".
The PPSh-41 was eventually replaced by the later PPS-43 submachine gun in 1943.
The PPSH deals standard damage, but boasts and extremely high rate of fire, making it a dangerous opponent to go up against. However, with just 50 rounds, you may find yourself running dry.
